A positive effect of the blue light spectrum on plants is that it helps to increase their antioxidant production, which neutralizes the ROS. It helps to enhance the process of photosynthesis, which increases the plants surface area and overall biomass of the plant. These indicate that the crops will be healthy and immune to the attacks by mold and mildew.
